Welcome to Cozy Consignment, we sell through multiple online channels and in-store. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. That is if you purchase direct from us through paypal business. Please note that all items must be in the same condition as when purchased, with tags attached and original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

On 99% of our Ebay listings we offer a 30 day return policy. Buyer pays for return shipping.

For Poshmark and Mercari there are no returns. That is the policy of those platforms.
